The singer stated that her stay in the UK became more and more upsetting while she was working as a nurse in an interview with media personality Zionfelix that was posted on YouTube on February 10, 2026. She claims that increasing pressures ultimately left her without a permanent place to live, leaving her to stay with friends and occasionally in her car.
She recalled, “I got to a point where I couldn’t afford rent anymore, so I had nowhere to sleep.” “I was sleeping in my car or at the apartments of acquaintances. I filled the car’s boot with everything I owned.
She acknowledged that the circumstance had a negative impact on her mental health and left her feeling aimless at a young age, characterizing the time as emotionally taxing.
“I was depressed from the start because nothing was working out. To be honest, I would have traveled to Togo at that time if someone had offered to take me there. My only choice was to go back to Ghana,” she stated.
