According to Jackie, it was an honor to meet the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in Lagos, Nigeria, where they were staying at the Delborough Hotel for a three-day visit. She described them as incredibly lovely people, highlighting her positive experience interacting with them.
The visit of Prince Harry and Meghan to Nigeria was at the invitation of Nigeria’s Chief of Defense Staff to support the Invictus Games, a global initiative by Prince Harry to raise awareness and show solidarity for wounded-in-action troops and veterans.
Nigeria participated in the Invictus Games for the first time last year, and the royal couple’s presence aimed to promote the event and garner more support.
