Parts of America turns third world country as people line up in mud with buckets for water.
In Houston, a city in Texas, some residents were spotted in queue filing up buckets of water from a spicket at Hidden park.
According to Erica Simon, a journalist in Houston, millions of people have no water or under a boil water advisory. This is as a result of the heavy snow storm in some parts of the US.
This is followed by power outages that has hit some states in America.
