The High Court in Accra has denied Akuapem Poloo’s appeal of a verdict handed down in April this year, in which she was sentenced to 90 days in prison.

Remember that in April of this year, Akuapem Poloo was sentenced to 90 days in prison after pleading guilty to charges of publishing n*de images involving her kid.




According to reports, the court’s Criminal Division presided over by Justice Ruby Aryeetey, affirmed the Circuit court’s ruling on the grounds that it was not obviously disproportionate.

According to a report, the court’s Criminal Division presided over by Justice Ruby Aryeetey, affirmed the Circuit court’s ruling on the grounds that it was not obviously disproportionate.




“This court will not intervene, and hence the appeal is rejected,” Justice Aryee stated.

 

In an Instagram post, a devastated Akuapem Poloo responded by pleading with God to take care of everything.
