Beautiful Lady Born With HIV Speaks Out To Fight Stigma


The 27-year-old in a post on Twitter revealed she was born with HIV and she has been on medication which keeps her healthy and strong. She also added that the medication keeps her HIV undetectable.


A beautiful young lady, Muluba Habanyama has opened up on her HIV status on social media to fight stigma. According to her, she was born with HIV and she has been living with it all her life.

The 27-year-old in a post on Twitter revealed she was born with HIV and she has been on medication which keeps her healthy and strong. She also added that the medication keeps her HIV undetectable.

Muluba Habanyama some years ago also revealed in an unscripted moment at a World AIDS Day event hosted by the Peel HIV/AIDS Network, that she was born with HIV and had lost both her parents to complications related to the illness.



She’s determined to clear up any confusion by speaking out on her status and according to her, when she found out she was HIV positive, she felt like a spear had been put in her stomach, and then it was pulled out.
